How is my score calculated?
With an engine of fixed, transparent rules that compares your skills, experience and education against what each job asks for — calibrated against how leading ATS systems behave. AI extracts the information and writes suggestions, but never decides the number: the same CV against the same job always gets the same score, and you can open the breakdown to see the evidence.
What happens with my data and my CV?
Your CV is yours. We never sell it, never share it with employers or recruiters, and never use it to train AI models. You can delete your resumes or your whole account anytime. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
Can the AI invent experience I don't have?
No. It's built to rephrase and surface only what's already in your CV. Changes that need your confirmation are asked before being applied, and everything is recorded so you can review it.
Which job boards does it work with?
Practically any of them: paste the job link and we read it automatically for most sites (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and general company career pages). LinkedIn and Indeed block automated reading, so for those, paste the job's description text instead — it works just the same.
Which languages does it support?
The full product is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and the analysis understands CVs and job posts in all three. Tip: ATS systems match exact words, so use a CV in the same language as the posting — we warn you when we detect a mismatch.
